Project Highlights & Special Features:
The Moderra was installed prior to all of the storefront windows and doors being placed in (most of the time, they are installed first and block is cut around them). Moderra was installed on a second story, working from a metal roof. They had to cut the Moderra at an angle to match the pitch of the roof.
